Hi, my name is OLA 🙂

Helping busy women build healthy routines that actually stick — without shame, extremes, or burnout.

My approach combines:
  • training that makes you feel strong – mentally and physically

  • yoga & nervous system regulation techniques that calms your busy mind

  • simple structure that fits your schedule & removes decision fatigue

  • psychology-based habit change and deep work with your beliefs (not just motivation)

  • realistic nutrition — no extremes, small changes that make a big difference

Being fit is more than just having a slim body — it’s a mindset & identity shift.

HOW IT WORKS

What Works for You…

… your lifestyle, energy levels, and personality – is the only way to get fit and stay fit.

General advice often brings only general results!

I’m here to help you master your own well-being!

I would guide you in:

I don’t provide quick fixes for fat loss or restrictive diets. I offer support and guidance to help shift your mindset, empowering you to build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle on your own!

If prioritizing how you feel over simply slimming down resonates with you, then I’m the right person to help!

1. MOVEMENT

Do you love or hate running? Hit the gym but feel unsure of what to do or frustrated by lack of results? Maybe you’ve tried yoga or Pilates and thought, “I’m not flexible enough,” so you never went back?

Whether you’re looking to lose a little weight, tackle stubborn belly fat, or shape your body, the key is finding a workout you enjoy. From toning up your legs to getting stronger and mastering moves like push-ups and deadlifts, there’s something for every goal.

Science shows that the best workout is the one you can stick with. Explore what works for you—whether it’s hiking, group classes, or home workouts. The possibilities are endless!

MY APPROACH

Incorporating resistance training into your weekly routine—whether it’s bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, free weights, or machines—is key to building strength and maintaining muscle.

Once you hit 30, if you’re not actively using your muscles, they start to fade quickly. While toning your body to look good can be a powerful motivator, research shows that muscles are more than just for appearance—they act as endocrine organs, helping regulate your hormones and supporting overall health. Strong muscles also protect your body from injury and keep your bones healthy.

Lifting heavy weights won’t make you bulky—this is a common misconception! Instead, they can help regulate glucose levels, manage cravings, and even support conditions like PCOS and infertility.

Cardio is fantastic for lung, heart, and brain health, but if fat loss is your goal, adding strength training is the most effective way to burn fat and keep it off for good.

2. NUTRITION

Have you tried dieting without seeing the results you want?

Do you often feel bloated, or experience brain fog and an energy crash after eating?

With so many diet options and an overwhelming array of food choices, it’s hard to know what’s truly good for us and what we should avoid.

The truth is, we’re all different—especially when it comes to our microbiomes. There’s no one-size-fits-all diet that works for everyone!

MY APPROACH

Counting calories can be a helpful tool, but it’s best used for a short period of time. The 80/20 approach to eating—along with learning to trust your intuition—is a more sustainable way to nourish your body. Most importantly, focusing on meeting your daily protein intake is key to supporting your health and fitness goals.

3. REST & REGULATION

Rest is an essential part of training—without it, progress is impossible!

The key is learning to FEEL what your body needs.

We’re constantly surrounded by little stressors that pile up, leaving us overwhelmed.

High cortisol levels (stress hormone) interfere with the proper functioning of other hormones, making it harder for your body to lose fat and causing it to store more. This also impacts your appetite, reproductive health hormones (like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone), and lead to gut issues.

MY APPROACH

We would explore the best ways for your body to release stress and ease anxiety.

Regulating your nervous system is be the key to transforming your body shape!

Meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and journaling are only a few options you can try.

It it sounds a bit “woo-woo” or “not your thing”—if that’s the case, you may actually need it more than you realize!

I’ll provide you with various options and scientific explanations on how these practices can benefit your brain and nervous system.
